How Trump and Congress Just Stole Billions From Students, Blocked Future Loan Forgiveness, and Built a Fucking Statue Garden While Doing It

They Changed the Bill After the House Passed It

• The Senate is advancing a version that includes post-vote insertions made on June 26, after the House already passed it.

• The Constitution (Article I, Section 7) requires identical bills in both chambers.

• By knowingly proceeding, this is willful conspiracy under 18 U.S.C. § 371.

They waited until after the House passed the bill, when some people thought it was already done, to sneak in massive changes in the Senate version. This is called an “Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute,” and they dropped it IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FUCKING NIGHT June 27, 2025, right before the Senate vote.

What did they do? Well it has be losing my shit.

• Gutted student loan forgiveness and repayment protections

• Stripped presidential power to fix it in the future

• Locked it in retroactively so nothing could be reversed

• Added a literal “Garden of Heroes” like this was a fucking parody

• Pumped in a $300 million surveillance budget under the Office of Refugee Resettlement (page 1046)

Even if you followed every rule, working 10 years in a shit-paying job helping people, making your monthly payments, submitting submitted forms, stayed in public service when you could’ve gone corporate and made bank…NONE OF IT COUNTS IF THIS PASSES

This bill doesn’t just block new borrowers from forgiveness. It goes backwards in time and tells people who already qualified, already served, already sacrificed, “nah, fuck you, we changed our minds.”

That’s retroactive cancellation of a federal contract. That’s fraud. That’s theft by legislation. That’s a goddamn constitutional violation, and every single member of Congress who let this shit through should be stripped of immunity and prosecuted under 18 U.S.C. § 371 for conspiracy to defraud the United States.

And guess what? It’s buried right in the reconciliation spreadsheet, over $109 billion in stolen protections and aid, shredded line by line on pages 303, 312, and 314 of the bill.

They’re erasing:

• Subsidized loans

• Public Service Loan Forgiveness

• Income-driven repayment

• Borrower defense

• Repayment options tied to your income or family size

Gone. And the new shit they’re replacing it with? Rigid, punitive, interest-hiking garbage that starts the second you graduate and never lets up. They even nuked the 90/10 rule and gainful employment protections, so for-profit diploma mills like DeVry and the University of Phoenix or fuckingTrumpUNIVERSITY can go back to scamming broke kids with ads promising “careers” that lead straight to bankruptcy.

This is intergenerational warfare. It’s economic sterilization. It’s a clear signal: they want us broke, isolated, in debt, and too exhausted to organize.

And the reason this is retroactive isn’t incompetence; it’s intention deception and fuckery. They knew if they only targeted future students, Gen Z would blow up the streets. So they made it look like “budgeting,” slapped a procedural tag on it, shoved it in reconciliation, and passed it under cover of night.

It would be like telling a soldier who already fought the war, “Hey, we’re changing the rules now, you actually didn’t qualify for any of that. Hope you enjoy your PTSD and your debt. It’s sick. This is a scorched-earth campaign against anyone who thought education might be their way out.
